I should receive the return labels via email in 1 - 3 business days. So they said that they would send this to their returns Department. When he came back on the line said that their Supervisor said everyone makes mistakes. The person I talked to said they were going to talk to their Supervisor. I also told them I'm on Disability and couldn't possibly pay for the return. I called back to Customer Care and told them what I found out. I called Fed Ex to see what it would cost to return these items. I was told that I had to pay for the return of these items.
I was put on hold for 3 to 5 minutes numerous times. I called Customer Care and explained what had happened. How I found out was when I checked my bank account.
By mistake I thought I was on the Canadian site.

It's falsely advertising an extremely faulty product & they're robbing people left & right! Stay away from this company altogether!!!ĭouble check which site your ordering from. I am seriously thinking about suing them, even though I understand that to them returning $350 is nothing, maybe others will step up & do the same. I paid over $300 for the bundle & add-ons just to basically be robbed & then given the middle finger! I have no way of exchanging or returning the product without getting a live person on the other end of the phone! It's so frustrating becuase there's nothing else I can even do at this point other than take the loss. This machine will not even load any of the mats, thus deeming the product 100% useless!!! I hav made multiple attempts to get in contact with cricut customer support, and have been given hold times estimating anywhere from 15 mins, all the way up to over 2 hrs & 40 mins!!! Nobody ever actually gets on the other end of the phone, no matter how long you wait!!! I've sent emails as well to which I can't get anything more than an automated reply about recieving my email. The absolute worst product & support to match!!! I purchased a cricut explore air 2 brand new from the compant website.
